While I try to test and write each recipe carefully, you may not always achieve the results desired due to recipe errors, along with variations in ingredients, cooking temperatures, or individual cooking abilities.
I believe in personal integrity and trust with readers. Therefore I do not use recipes from other blogs, websites, magazines, or books without personally trying and tasting the recipe myself along with giving appropriate credit to the source. Recipes I do find and use are often modified by me; I may change the ingredients to give the recipe my own twist or change the instructions to fit my own style of writing.
